B1 - GIVING ADVICE

Hi everybody!
I'm a 16 year -old student and I've got  problem. I would like to go on holiday in summer with my friends because we have been saving for months in order to spend a week together. However, my parents want me to improve my English and they have already booked a summer course in Ireland! I do not want to let my parents down but I really want to spend a few days with my friends.
What should I do?
